"Saison d'Erpe-Mere", Fläschchen - thanks, Jef! - Lichtes Goldbraun; ganz unmäßiger, zäher Schaum. - In der Nase kandierte Zitronenschale. - Antrunk füllig hellmalzig und solide hopfenbitter mit gedämpfter Zitrusfrucht und deutlicher Pfeffernote. Nur äußerst dezente obergärige Hefe. Milder rezent, vollmundig, leicht kremig. Im Abgang schön trocken und solide pfeffrig hopfenherb. - Angenehm fülliges, aromatisch gehopftes Bier, nicht ganz typisch für ein Saison aber äußerst schmackhaft. Ein guter Start ins neue Bierjahr! Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Golden body with a faint haze and a few tiny flecks beneath faint haze beneath a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon peel and coriander. Flavour of grapefruit peel and lemongrass. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Crisp and zesty.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours light orange, medium in transparency, with medium grained white foam, abundant as typical of a saison. Aroma is cereal and floral, a little spiced. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter. Final is still spiced.

Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, vrij zoet, suikers, wat lemon, wat peer, licht steenfruit, wat droog, wat kruidig, lichte houttoets. (23-9-2023).

Klar strågul med fluffy mye hvit topp som skummet over. Aroma; hvetemalt, humle, lime, aprikoskompott, hint av granateple. Smak; Granateple, limeskall, hvetemalt, overmoden banan. Mye kullsyre, litt lite fylde. Delt med Leif og Jan Ivar.

12 ounce can. Hazy, honey gold color. Large, rocky white head. Earthy, yeast and malt nose. Hints of lemon zest. Flavor is bright, crisp and lemony. Estery notes. Hay, grass and white peppercorns. Dry, spicy finish.
