Bottled at ACBF 2012. A hazy light yellow cider. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a dry finish. Boring.

Bottled (shared by tdtm82, thanks!). Hazy grey/pale yellow colour with minor head. Aroma is spicy, yeasty and mild applejuice. Flavour is rubbery, apples, some yeast and quite metallic notes. Also quite chalky as for aftertaste. Hopefully this was a one-off test....

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a pale hazy....white?? with a tiny, fizzy white head. Tart vinegary nose with only a slight whiff of apple tartness. Light body, tart apple notes and a very dry and somewhat acetic finish. Drinkable though. 300312

Bitter apple cider. Notes of grass and herbs. This cider is missing something.

Bottle. Clear golden yellow, no head, but slight carbonation. Aroma of soapy apples. Taste is sweet and sour apples. Interesting experiment, I suppose.

Fine white constant rim around Champenoise-pearling, milky, very pale pastel-yellowish liquid. End of bottle one big yeast sludge. Mixture of apples and pharmaceuticals, mannah, dried spices and organic grindings, like the case of a traditional Chinese doctor. Cray, apples, again pharmaceuticals. It would be utterly dry, if it weren’t for the extremaly lively, near agressive carbonation, that enhances the fruitacids. Very dry anyway, and body feels light, despite a certain fruit-filling. Yet, it’s far from bad. It looks like and reminds me of a certain Dobbel-wit...
