Dark copper-ruby color, decent creamy beige head, lace. Lemony, dish water "hoppy" aroma. Ryeish malty, bready flavor with American hops. This is like APA with more alcohol (although feels less than 8%). Not among the best STs.

Bottle, 14C. Almost clear amber with a creamy beige head that laces well. Smells of peach stones, citrus, seasoned wood. Much sweeter than it smells - it has a rich creamy caramel mouthfeel with just enough grapefruit sourness to balance. I think this is pretty fresh and maybe it would grow into something with age, but to me it tastes like a nice new-world IPA with a shot of whisky in it.

Spicy, hoppy aroma with caramel and citrus. Earthy, grassy flavor, grainy, gummy. Lots of fresh figs. Interesting, with good hops.

Light brown color. Piney, chocolately, woody nose. Balanced mouth. Solid malty backbone. Didn’t blow me away at first, but it grew on me.

dark red-amber, smooth creamy offwhite head. Looks fantastic. 4.4;-) real nice sweet flowery hoppy aroma, malts, caramel, flowers. flavor is sweet malty, countered by citrussy, faint pine, and mild flowery hops. very tasty yet not overly agressive flavor. quenching.. good stuff.

Bottled. Clear copper color, short off-white head. Aroma of hop, caramel malt, hint of spice, hint of metal. Bitter taste, malty. Bit spiced up version of a hoppy american pale ale. Crisp finish. Mediocre.
