The palest maris otter malt provides a full bodied base for generous quantities of Goldings hops. Bitterness is pronounced, spicy and resinous and will smooth out over time. Dry hopping with extra Goldings before bottling ensures a full aroma and rich characterful bitterness.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, grass, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111022]

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Sat 22.10.11 Jan brought this along, cheers Jan. Looks quite superb top marks for looks! Gold in colour with god clarity there is a white filmy head atop. A very decent IPA albeit very British in style, the hoppiness is very good, but again it is this that sets it apart from other IPAs as it is UK hops on show here and they do a good job, bitter and dry towards the end, really nice beer. A6 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Bottle at fins ... golden ...thin white head ... sweet soft yeasty ..light floral hop nose.. light candi suger sweet summer fruits...light saltyness ... ot for me bottle ah home ... cause im an idiot and dont remember having this a month and a half ago ... golden amber ... thin white head ... soft yeasty floral lemon nose ...fizzy ... tart lemon ... again yeasty ... big candi suger ... quite dry ... ok 3.2
