750 ml bottle shared by Enniskillen after a year or so in his cellar. Slight gusher as we opened it. Nose is imeediate tartness as it gushed a little, smelling it the brett is obviouslight light bueberry and sugary notes. Hazy reddish copper with a huge beige head. Flavor is tart with some funkiness and a hint of berries.

Pours a pink grapefruit with tons of carbonation. The head disappears almost on impact with the glass. Nose and taste of tart blueberries, lots of brett and champagne yeast is detectable. Good beer. A bit on the mild side of sours, but good.

Bottle and then tap at BCTC. So first, beautiful color on this beer, a pinkish hue of purple and a tangerine hue. Of course a great. bubbly head, very spritzy. The BCTC keg was way overcarbonated. Cannot see through the beer. Aroma is nicely tart with some acidity and very very light acetic quality. Well wild, yet understated. Flavor is tart berry, not necessarily coming off as blueberry. No acetic character in the flavor. The mouthfeel is stingy but feels effervescent and alive on the cheeks. A great, lively, berry, wild and tart brew. Great job of making a fun beer.

Bottle shared at the RBSG Grand Tasting, by t0rin0 I think. Not sure. Pours a hazy peach color with a large head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of tart blueberries, slight cheesey notes and a light vegetal note. The taste is tart, fresh, blueberries and a funky light cheesy note. Medium-full bodied.

Bottle Batch E!02I Thanks to ditmier. Pours out pink with a bubbly white head. Aroma was very tart/sour but with some sweet fruit notes to hold it together. Taste was light blueberries, tart, oak, plenty of yeast and bubbles.

Bottle from a trade with tgncc. Pours cloudy pale golden color with big white head. Sour aroma with just a hint of blueberry. Flavor is pretty sour, but hardly and blueberry. Still tastes great though. Medium body with prickly carbonation. The brett had dried it out nicely. Quite enjoyable. Thanks Tom.

This is what American craft brewing should be. Very nice blueberry flavor. It isn’t Cantillon Blaebier, but still good fruit. Quite sour with yeast in the flavor and more blueberry here, and the fruit gives it a little thickness on the palate. Pink color.
