Bottle, graciously opened by Eric, who dodged most of the spray while popping the cork. He even managed to saved any loss via gusher with a couple quick pours. Heroic, indeed. Kind of a fuzzy peach colored liquid with a large off-white head. Simple aroma of fruits and tart. Couldn’t really name blueberries if I didn’t already know. The taste is very dry, puckering, and lightly fruity. Faint oak. Bubbly. Really dry, but light bodied.

Sampled at Sexual Chocolate Day 2010. I got the very last little bit of this, maybe half beer, half trub. Who cares. My portion was very cloudy but the color is a purpley blue. Aroma is funky, cheesy, horsey, grassy. Flavor is a little tart, a little cheesy, a little funk, a little grass. Tart finish. The flavor could be stronger.

Bottle, batch E!021 via a trade with hbmason (thanks Tim!). Pours with a huge white and creamy head over a hazy pink grapefruit juice colored body. Aroma is acetic, acidic, with blueberries, funk, CO2, grassy, vanilla and oak. Taste is acidic, good blueberry flavor, funk sour and overall quite tasty and drinkable. Very high carbonation, greatly acidic finish.
