Draft at Bottleworks. Straw hazy color. It’s generally funky and not sweet. That is good. But it’s more peach than apple. And the peach is a bit plasticy. Wait, is there even apple in here? I wish I had more apple.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads brett and tart peaches - very complex. Flavour is complex as hell, with tons of brett, tart juicy peaches and light citrus. Funky and juicy, with perfect sourness. Phenomenal.

375 ml bottle from Star Grocery. It pour a super pale straw yellow color with no head. The aroma has nice notes of orchard fruit. Mostly apples with hints of white grape and peaches. Good levels of hay and toasty funk. Light notes of lemony acid. The flavor is tart, light and dry with sour apples, grapes, light acid. Very lacto forward with only light hints of funk and peaches. I was hoping for more of that, but oh well. Pretty acidic and mostly still with just a hint of carbonation. Overall, it’s enjoyable but a bit disappointing since I was expecting something different.
