750mL capped bottle. So my friends (Keil and Clarice) say they taste cucumber but I don’t. Also, its not a cream ale. Its actually a really decent biscuity Belgian. Airy yeastiness as well. I like it but I get nothing related to cream ales or cucumber.

Sample at the DBLDP on 08/31/2014. Hazy straw color with a medium foamy white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fresh cucumber and mild spice. Light-bodied with flavors of cucumbers, wheat and sweet spice. The finish is herbal creamy cucumbers. Unfair to compare to Cigar City’s Cucumber Saison which I really like, as this is not as good, but decent nonetheless.

Capped 750 from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma does indeed seem cucumberish. Otherwise green veg/herb! Med body or better. It’s a lightly bready ale with a cucumber aspect - not a fresh one exactly. There also seems to be some pepper in it. Finishes fairly dry, but not at all bitter. Just a little spicy. Interesting ale.
