12 oz can, poured into a can shaped glass, just days after I sampled this beer at the Schilling cider house, and was sold on finding it again one day. Didn’t think it would only take a couple days. My love for pepper beers has definitely translated well into a major enjoyment of pepper ciders. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a quick fading fizz head. Huge margarita lime aroma. Flavor is sweet apple fruit, complimented by a big heat punch of dry pepper. Enough heat to leave it lingering on the lips for a while. This would be awful to drink during a spicy buffalo wing challenge, or at the beach on a 90 plus degree day, but other than those instances, I enjoy the hell out of this. Bonus points for the unique style, and executing it. Solid cider that only a true pepper lover can appreciate in my opinion. Nicely done.

Sampler at Schilling Cider House. Gold color. It definitely has a habanero kick, that I love. No lime. The probably is its too apply and thus sweet. Sweet slick apple gets in the way of the habanero. Needs to be drier. Love the habanero, hate the apple.
