Pale coloured, hazy when yeast re-suspended, with frothy white head. Crisp, well carbonated, refreshing and thirst-quenching. Subtly spiced with floral, citrus and yeast notes, and a hint of bitterness at the finish.

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow, thick dense white head. Traditional white ale aromas of lemon zest and coriander, a bit too slight though. Taste is again true and traditional to the style but again just not enough flavour here. Nice thirst quencher but not very exciting.

Light blonde, clear (but then added a bit of yeast), big frothy white head, looks nice
Aroma of light fruits, soft Belgian yeast, light fruity esters, soft old lemon
Taste - Spicy aromatic, sweet light pale malt, peppery, light clove, light fruits, dab of creamy custard?, soft lemon
Palate - Medium carb (a bit gassy), medium light body, soft sweet. Finish as main flavour, spicy.
Overall - Decent
