German style golden ale that is light straw in colour. Aromas of lemon/lime prelude a light, malty palate. Finishing crisp and clean with hints of citrus and spice.

Pint on tap at brewpub, Manly. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Nose is lightly sweet and grainy. Nice lacing. Sparkling on the tongue. Light body, taste follows nose. Sweet with a touch of grain. Finish is a touch sour but right on style. Nice easy drinking Kolsch.
