Appearance: Batch 005. Dark brown, clear. Some tan head.
Aroma: Roasted, dark malt, chocolate.
Taste: Dark malt, chocolate. Some coffee and medium/dark malt. Nice.

Black, beige tan head dissipates
Aroma - Dark malts, mellow roast, dark chocolate cake, good nose
Taste of mellow roast, dark chocolate, dab of roast coffee, rich dark malts for abv, very tasty malts
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, smooth, sweet dark malt with soft bitter roast. Finish has more roast, rich dark malt linger
Overall - Very good porter ... think’s it’s the best Irish one I’ve had under 5%. These guys have raised their game

Bottle from Dunnes. Black with a red hue and a firm tan head. Aroma of creamy coffee. Flavour is roasted coffee, creamy burnt malt, dry bitter finish.
