Draft at Great American Ball Park Cincy for home opener. Hazy yellow ok head. Nose and tastes of cloves light banana, wheat, light bubblegum. Medium bodied.

Large draft at the Bootlegger’s Bar at the Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. The pour is a hazy yellow with a smallish white head. The aroma is fresh Hefe notes of clove, wheat, banana and general sweetness. The taste is lemon citrus, wheat grain, banana bubblegum sweetness and a touch of the clove towards the back. The palate is is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel and sweet clove lingering finish. Nice beer for the ballpark.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy bright yellow color with a large creamy-soapy bright white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweetish lemon and moderate phenol. The flavor was tart lemon, dry perfume and a bit of phenol. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is nice clove, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is clove, some banana, and some bubblegum. Solid Hefeweizen.

Draft: Pours cloudy yellow with a thin head. Scent is wheat, cloves. Taste is zesty orange, banana, spice. Slightly tart with a fairly heavy dose of cloves.

Draft. Peach, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow with moderate head. Sweet peach/orange, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very good Hefeweizen.
