Belgian-Style Imperial Wheat Ale
This sweet and full-bodied white beer packs a serious punch with the taste of spices, malt, fruit and yeast.
Every sip is a memorable moment, like the historic day when French explorers met with the First Nations people who came out to greet the Don de Dieu, the ship carrying Samuel de Champlain.

F: not big, white, quick gone. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malty, yeasty, banana, candy sugar, peach, wheat. T: very malty, pear, candy, yeast, dusty, spicy, wheat, medium body, more than normal carbonation, quite interesting interpretation of BSA, why there is wheat? Good but not the best, 341ml bottle from Eat Brussels 2016 festival.

extremely hazy golden colour, moderate sized off-white head; aroma of wheat, coriander, fruits like peach, grains, earthy and some floral notes;taste is the same with peppery notes in the aftertaste; good, though I’m not amazed somehow...

12oz bottle. One of those rates that make me realize how many beers I’ve had in the past that were never logged. What a beer. Still holds up. Really captures some Belgian sensibilities. Unfiltered orange body. Big, steady off-white head. Thick yeasty mouthfeel, creamy. Deep fruity pungent yeast flavors. A fantastic Belgian Golden Ale. Lots of depth. World Class.

Bottle - Sweet apricot and some honey like notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet stone fruit and a nice fruity sweetness. No booze at all which is surprising, but lots of fruity sweetness.
