Bottle from Harvest Market, Bedford NH. Aroma is Belgian yeast with fruity esters and cheese smell. Appearance is hazy golden yellow with nice sparkle and 2-finger width white head and fair foamy lacing. Taste is lightly sweet and yeasty. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture and early fizzy carbonation fading to a creamy, foamy feel. The finish is fairly dry and leaves a cool sensation on the tongue almost like a mint. Overall, light and crisp all around.

Pours a hazy darker shade of golden, topped with an average sized white head. Malty aroma, some fruity notes and yeasty. Taste is sweet and malty, fruity a bit and yeasty, wit hearthy feel. Some presence of alcohol. Not really my favourite.

Bottle from the LCBO. Cloudy pale orange under a large white cap that fades quickly. Nose is yeast, bananas, spice and generous citrus undertones and some pear. Light honey sweetness with some light citrus bitterness and a medium spiciness. Medium oily mouth with prickly carbonation. Complex and well balanced.

Bottle @ Home. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, fruit, apples. Flavor is light malt, rather sweet, fruity, pear and apples. Medium body, average carbonation. 230910

Bottle from Harvest Market. Lightly hazy deep golden color with a huge frothy white head and a huge amount of stickies and carb bubbles.Fruity spicy earthy yeasty, has that Unibroue sameness but it just works, nice brew.

On the back of the bottle, there is a date stamped that says \"Best before 09-20-15.\"
I poured this into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice three finger white foamy head that lasts for a good two minutes. As the head starts to die a bit, the lacing appears to be somewhat foamy and thick. The carbonation seems to roll throughout the body along with some sediment, to me, its actually kinda fun to watch.
The smell starts off with a nice lemon based wheat. It wants to be sharp as I notice some assault in my nose but ends up settling a bit and lets some other citrus aspects come out such as grapefruit, and mango.
The taste is sweet and clean with the wheat combining nicely with the citrus aspects of the beer. There is a decent sweet wheat and slightly citrus aftertaste that ends up leading to a nice dry sort of wheat-like finish.
On the palate, it sits about a medium to almost heavy. The bottle says 9% and I think it could be there, perhaps. However, I will admit, there seems to be a slight sessionable aspect to this beer. The carbonation seems to be fairly smooth and filling.
Overall, in my opinion, this is a good Belgian strong pale ale. Though, I don’t get as many Belgian spices I normally get in most BSPA’s, the wheat aspect seems to fill that desire and makes this well worthy of having again.

La mousse tient très bien et les bulles sont belles à voir... Bien acidulée, avec la levure très présente. Je ne suis pas un amateur de Triple alors cela peut altérer mon jugement de ce produit.
