Belgian-Style Imperial Wheat Ale
This sweet and full-bodied white beer packs a serious punch with the taste of spices, malt, fruit and yeast.
Every sip is a memorable moment, like the historic day when French explorers met with the First Nations people who came out to greet the Don de Dieu, the ship carrying Samuel de Champlain.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy golden orange color with large tan-like head and fair lacing. Aroma is spicy yeasty, cheesy and fruity, mainly apricots, orange peel and banana. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt. follows with yeasty and fruity esters, mouthfeel is spicy, while finish is almost without any bitterness. Full body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. Rated in the past, Unibroue was one of my first and best craft breweries...

Évaluation no. 19 Juillet 2010. De couleur blonde, elle présente une mousse onctueuse à bulles moyenne et très persistante. Aucun nez perçu. En bouche, l’attaque se fait tout en alcool avec des notes de caramel. L’alcool prédomine te tue les autres saveurs.

Bottle. Fruity banana-peach, yeasty wheat, and spice aroma. Cloudy honey gold with a moderate white head. Flavor follows the nose - banana-peach, wheat, and spicy Belgian yeast. Medium body, lively carbonation. Alcohol very well hidden.
