Belgian-Style Imperial Wheat Ale
This sweet and full-bodied white beer packs a serious punch with the taste of spices, malt, fruit and yeast.
Every sip is a memorable moment, like the historic day when French explorers met with the First Nations people who came out to greet the Don de Dieu, the ship carrying Samuel de Champlain.

bottle@Kulminator: clear orange with a non-lasting white head, smell is very sweet with a domineering sweet yeast & plenty of fruit, the strong, unusual but typical fruitiness carries over into the taste (apricots, lemon & pineapple,β¦) with lots of yeast, blossoming spices in aftertaste, rather light body (light not watery) with a substantial amount of carbonation

Refrigerated bottle poured into a trappist glass. Pours deep sparkling golden with small bright white head. Highly carbonated, medium body, and good lacing. Taste is candied sugar, citrus, some clove, some spicy yeast, and alchohol well covered. This is good, this is my favorite pale strong belgian ale. Does not improve with age.

Poured hazy yellow with medium carbonation. ΒΌ inch thin white head. Aroma is of Belgian spice (slight coriander) with a banana undertone. Taste is much of the same as aroma. Flavors are very subtle, mouthfeel is very light. Finish leaves you thirsting for more. The ABV is hidden very well. You would not know itβs this high in alcohol. Reminds me of what a Belgian wit and hefeweizen would taste like if you combined the two. Itβs refreshing. If you see it on the shelf and you like the style, you will not be disappointed.

corked bottle. clear yellow, smooth small white to slightly offwhite head. very nice quite dry aroma, faint fruity like champaigne, faint sweet breadish note probably from malts.flavor is sweet malty, faint licorice and spices, far from as dry as the aroma, some notes similar to biere de garde beers from france. alc. only showing iteself in the aftertaste. Overall a decent belgian style beer with a great aroma profile. Flavor is quite sweet and spicy and imo lacks some fruits and flowery like flavors. Sweet and dry.
