Keg at BBNo. It pours lightly hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, wheat, cracker, banana and a touch of orange. The taste is crisp, fresh, bitter, orange peel, white bread, cracker, straw, slight tartness, grass sherbet and earth with a dry, orange zest finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty dry and zesty. Decent.

Botttle at home picked up from the brewery. A pale yellow / hazed coloured pour with a spritzy white head that fades. Aroma is nice zesty orange, chalky, doughy grains, hints of key lime pie, wit yeast. Flavour is composed of crisp dry wheaty doughy grains, tangy orange zest, chalky finish. Hint of staling on the grains. Nicely balanced wit yeast component. Palate is thin and frothy with a nice crisp finish. Good wit.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Prominent citric aroma, with dry wheat, crisp hay. Light to medium sweet flavour with crispy wheat, light yeast, a little bubblegum, lemon peel, orange rind, pale grain, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. More mild citric bite in the finish, faint meringue, mellow rindy bitterness, pale wheat bread. Nice witbier.
