On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper with an ecru head. Malty nose. Flavors of toffee and citrus. Bitter finish.

Glass, draught, at Dieu du Ciel!, savoured on December 4 2009; eye: copper with a ruby hue, clear, no effervescence, brown head made up of rather large bubbles, average lacing; nose: resinous hops, green hops, light malt, orange; mouth: resinous hops, green hops, light malt, orange, grapefruit, finale in resinous hops with a hint of malt, medium body, good carbonation, rather bitter, a bit thin, slightly harsh texture; overall: quite likable FRANÇAIS Verre, en fût, chez Dieu du Ciel!, savouré le 4 décembre 2009; oeil : cuivrée avec une teinte rubis, claire, pas d’effervescence, mousse brune formée de bulles plutôt grosses, dentelle moyenne; nez : houblon résineux, houblon vert, léger malt, orange; bouche : houblon résineux, houblon vert, léger malt, orange, pamplemousse, finale en houblon résineux avec pointe de malt, corps moyen, bonne carbonatation, plutôt amère, un peu mince, texture légèrement rugueuse; en résumé : bien aimé
