GaLactic Passion is an extension of a similar single-hop sour IPA we once brewed. We decided to double down on the passion fruity notes of the hops with copious amounts of actual passion fruit. This is juicy beyond compare and truly out of this world.

Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Young Master GaLactic Passion Sour IPA ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy passion fruit, citrus, fresh passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, passion fruit, yeast, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170512] 8-3-7-3-15

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - medium hazy golden orange coloured pour with white head. Passionfruit prominence, some backing notes of grapefruit and peach, hoppy and some bretty action, tart fruity finish.
