6 3 7 3 13 Draft at Arendsnest. Hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of elderflower, green weeds and light citrus. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter with a touch of sourness. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [29/06/2017]

Draft @ Arendsnest, sample size, with Kermis. Hazy amber orange color. Rocky white head. Aroma’s: brett-funky, sour. Retronasal it’s sour, funky, herbal, ash (?), weird. Flavor is light sour with a hint of sweet. Light bodied. Short finish.

At Brett Fest 2017. Aroma of berries, flowers and soft sourness. Taste has soft flowers, elderberries, soft acidic sourness and some herbs. Nicely balanced and tasty. Very good.

Carnivale Brettanomyces, 2017, van tap @Arendsnest. wazig gouden/oranje met lichte kraag. aroma is iets muffig, hout, flinke dot vlierbloesem.
