Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, roasted malt and nutty. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 030713

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 29/04/13. Extremely dark mahogony brown veering towards light black with a light tan head that thins after a few minutes. Nose is dark malt, brown sugars, dates, dark fruits. Taste comprises dark malts, sugars, molasses, pitted fruits. Light to medium in body, a little on the watery side. An OK mild.
