BESCHRIJVING
Deze quadrupel is een lekker vol en rond bier met 9,5% alcohol. In Belgische stijl gebrouwen met donkere kandijsuikers. De B6 heeft een perfecte balans tussen zoet, bitter en complexe fruitsmaken met rozijnen, dadels en vijgen. Bij iedere slok ontdek je iets nieuws!

Dark brown and hazy with no head. Looks like sewer water. Aroma and flavour are quite sweet. There's some brown sugar and caramel. Residual yeast gives a slightly spicy finish. A little warming from the alcohol.

Dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is raisins, dark fruit, malt, fruit. Taste is the same, sweet and bitter, long fruity aftertaste, very nice.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2018) Dark reddish brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, caramel and raisins. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, dried fruit, raisins, burnt sugar and a mild spicy bitterness in a slightly warming finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Not overly complex, but tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

brown with read hue and limited light head. aroma is sweet, raisins, dark fruit, malt and grain. 33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Reddish brown with virtually no head. Caramel aroma with raisins. Sweet taste with an almost coffee bitter undertone and a hint of booze. Not the most refined Quadrupel ever but I tend to like this one.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Donkerbruin, licht troebel bier. Aroma en smaak van karamel. Weinig body.
