Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to chalice.
Appearance: more like a semi-bronzed amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet grains, light grassiness, some candied pomme-like fruits, touch of yeasty character but wasn't exactly sure if that was a Belgian yeast or not (there was something kinda spicy but didn't fully tell me that was a Belgian yeast strain used)
Flavor: copies the aromas pretty spot on as once again there's some spicy yeasty sort of thing going on but you can't really tell if that's Belgian or not; finishes with the pomme-like fruits and sweet grains
Texture: medium to full bodied - hmmmm, maybe closer to medium bodied, good sipper, light smoothness but no "back-of-the-throat" grab like a true Belgian does to me, hmmmm, I'm getting more suspicious with this beer
Overall: well, oddly enough, I didn't mind this beer for me as there's something good here but honestly this isn't anywhere close to a real Belgian tripel, just sayin'. Just don't ask me what style this is truly supposed to be.

0.355l can. Aroma of caramel, yeast, dried fruit and spices. Pours clear amber color with thin creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet toasted malt and dried fruity acidity, following is grainy, spicy, citrusy and phenolic, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is average bitter. Full body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Brotherhood of the yeast, spices and alcohol…

0.355l can. Amber body with a thin white head. Aroma and taste of pears, sugar syrup and a bit of spicy hops. Booze is there too, but nothing harsh. Much sweeter and less carbonated than the Belgian tripels. Not bad though.

Are almost our malt, yeast, caramel, and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose and slightly sweet. I don't pick up any Belgian qualities at all. Drinkable but nothing special.

Bottle 12 oz.: Clear amber coloured brew with an good high alcohol sweet taste with some hints of fruits. And an American brew with not the known use of their famous bitter hops.

Bottled. Ambery golden colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is bananas, some spices, mild yeast as well as some burnt sugary tones and mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is bananas, some peppery tones with mild wherat, some burnt sugar and a bit herbal tones. Nutty tones with some slight herbal tones to it.

Can. Deep gold with a fat coat of off white head that never quite disappears. Aroma is spicy and grainy with sugary dough, oranges. Sweet and fairly heavy with bitterness and spices struggling to rein it in towards the end. Appropriately a little boozy. Not bad at all.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een bleek amberkleurig bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een fruitige geur. De smaak is fruitig en wat druif achtig.
