Draught at KØ19. Good citric peach aroma. Cloudy orange colour. No head. The flavour is very citric and slightly funky. Tastes almost like authentic lambic. Fairly sweet compared to real lambic, though. Salty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with no head. Massive balsamico and acetic acid in the nose. Medium body, fruity, metallic, solvents, sulphur - and again shitloads of acetic acid makes this touch vinegar territory. Sorry to the group of Fanø fanboys - massive acid does not a good Sour make. 010319
