In collaboration with Metallica, this beer represents the cataclysmic collision of two uncompromising supernatural forces. It's a crisp and refreshing Pilsner that, much like the band, transcends genres, shatters preconceptions and challenges convention.

It's on. It's time to get started. To crank things up. To get loud. That thumping you feel in your chest isn't your imagination. It's your heart. It's life. It's the rockin' tunes. It's your inspiration wanting to break out. It ain't gonna sit there waiting, so motherfucking grab it. This is a collaboration in the truest sense between two entities that were born on the fringes. We've navigated life from a different perspective. We imagined things differently from what they were, and set about using our art to change the world according to our vision. We started being misunderstood by many, and loved by few. Today that's the same...but that 'few' has become 'more'. A LOT more. That's you, my friend, and we're stoked you're with us on this journey. The day is winding down. It's time to get started. No more waiting. It's time to get LOUD. It's time to Enter Night.

16 oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden with a wispy, foamy head. Aroma is grainy, cereal, slight vegetal smell. I'm calling BS on this being a pils. Lager through and through, and not a good lager on that. Grains with no hops....

Not sure what about Metallica screams “pilsner”, but this pint hardly counts as a pils anyway, so who fucking cares. Honey-caramel malts seem out of place, as do the bright tropical citrus notes; in fact, the only pilsner-ish aspect comes in the floral, bitter fade, and even it seems way too pronounced for the style. Not a bad pint, really—the malts are nice, the grapefruit and orange from the hops are tasty—but not a pilsner.

Thought this was the last of a pack and I had rated Enter Night before. Not so, not sure when I bought this or where I got it. Whatever. Pop the tab and pour some of this tall bad boy into a globe glass, a great can for sure. A darker yellow liquid with a persistent, almost-white, thin skim of head completing. Pass on the smell, it is a pilsener. Whatever. The taste is not bad, challenging even. Citrus, hops, grain, water, I like all that. Glad I gave it a try.

Can. A- Slightly dank, citrus, hay, musty. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Pine, malty, grassy, citrus, mild bitterness, P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Love Metallica so of course I was going to get this beer. Solid Pils with typical Arrogant/Stone flair, meaning there is a hop present throughout. A dank and citrus forward bitterness that lingers on the finish. Tasted like a festival beer. Like the band a bit better.

Draft at Pour Taproom. Clear golden yellow color, solid white head. White pepper aroma. Taste is peppery straw. Tasted this right after The Pils Are Alive, and this one paled in comparison. Pun intended...

If you notice, the coaster is my past and the pint glass is my future.
