Inspired by hop selection in Yakima, WA, this IPA presents fruity, tropical, and sweet characteristics. A double dryhop gives See Foam bright aromatics and a hazy appearance, leaving a big, dense head that cascades down the glass as you enjoy it. Named after the nautical shade of green; and, one of the most enjoyable parts of a beer, foam!

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Thick foamy frothy white head. Hazy dsrk orange. Aroma has soft fruit with some can syrup and slightly bitter-sour edge. Flavourwise it's then more bitter than I expected. Stone fruit with a herbal and resinous edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent.

Can at home, from an online peddler whom I can't recall, 11/03/2026.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting white cap.
Nose is tangerine, peach, grass, soft malts, papaya.
Taste comprises juicy tropical fruit flesh, mandarin, melon, pineapple.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness.
Decent enough bright and juicy IPA ... surprised this only has 6.93 off 16 rates, it's not from the top drawer but it's pleasant and approachable.

Can at home. Hazy pale yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, old school hops, resinous and quite piney hoppy bitters. Very solid, very pleasant actually. Old school resinous bitter, lovely.

Blue can. 2$ at vintage. Smell is slight hop perfume. Pour. Yes, big foamy head, hence the name? Slightly cloudy light color like lemon aide, but lemon aide it does not taste like. Its a rude ass straight up bitter IPA, fer sher. Exactly as its style-sake. So rude so nasty. What is it with these IPA bitter bastards? They are so annoying. So, WTF? Is this terribly on style? Yes. There you have it; the finish is long and bitter and its annoying. So be it; as it is written so shall it be.

Slightly hazy golden and raw honey coloured body with a straw glow and a very thin, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, grapefruit, citrus fruits, a light hit of cleanser and some more astringent and bittered hop notes with a light dry malt backbone and some very subdued and citrus-based sweetness from fruit as well. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very dry, herbal and perfumey hop characteristics show through at first with a lot of bitterness and some soapy notes with a smooth malt and sweetness towards the end, but the hops show strongest, of course. Aftertaste is dry, very soapy, grassy, herbal and showing a very nice balance of pungent and bitter hop notes and a good malt backbone - this shows like East Coast IPAs of old, in a very nice way, with great balance, bitterness and dry qualities. Overall, a very nice beer that shows the 'real' way an IPA should be - dry, grassy, herbal and especially, bitter, all with a great deal of complexity and balance throughout. Very nice to sample and well worth trying to find, especially if you want a 'real' IPA that has bitterness and isn't the newest fad out there. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Total Wine in Newport News, Virginia on 17-November-2019 for US$2,69 sampled at my house here in Washington on 02-June-2020.
