La Vie en Rose is a dry unspiced farmhouse ale re-fermented with raspberries already once used in the fermentation of Jester King Atrial Rubicite. Native yeast and bacteria impart a sense of place to this unfiltered, unpasteurized, 100% naturally conditioned beer.
This is our seventh batch of La Vie en Rose (time flies)! We'd say this year's batch has a bit more raspberry character than last year. The alcohol by volume is 5.8%. It's fully attenuated with mild funk and balanced acidity.

Light and refreshing raspberry tartness. Some nice fruity raspberry notes, slight funk on nose, mostly light and raspberry juice.
