Quad is a collaboration we brewed with our dear friends Alvinne in April 2016... good things come to those that wait! This robust Belgian Quad is typically full flavoured with a dark brown body and a light honeycomb lacing. Aromas of dried apricots and Christmas cake are complemented by liquorice root and sultanas on the palate before a long, spicy and rewarding finish to be savoured.
