This member-exclusive beer is one of the world’s highest ABV sour beers; and was conceptualized as a Bruery Terreux homage to our tradition of brewing high gravity, barrel-aged stouts. This big, viscous sour beer is a carefully crafted blend of Tart of Darkness & Black Tuesday, aged with marshmallow, graham crackers, cacao nib, and vanilla. Ölprovning i hemmet med Peter. Denna flarra mye vacker . Doften på drycken då? Jo gammal ladugård med gamla hästar vandrandes .När jag klunkar känner jag tydligt metall samt rödtjut och lite gammalt stall samt efter en stund kokos. Spännande sjuk udda öl. God nä . välbalanserad nä .

Not normally crazy about sour stouts, but this goes down nicely. Certainly a flavor bomb, rich chocolate, booze, dark fruit, something caramelly. Good balance between sweet and sour.

BVO post Ace&Kees 2019. Popped in the train home. Black, no head. Massive sweet, boozy, bourbon soft, tart berry sour edges, cocoa powder feel and bitterness. Big sweet and bitter. Full body and soft carbonation.
