Classic meets Chicago in our Pulaski Pils.

This crisp, light-bodied lager is brewed primarily with Pilsner malt, and just a kiss of Vienna, then lightly dry-hopped with Lórien hops (Indie Hops) for pleasant floral notes and touch of citrus. Together these ingredients create an exceedingly drinkable Pilsner, properly lagered for beer drinkers everywhere.

Pounder can for 3$. Pour is nearly clear lemon yellow with a nose of citrus on the lemon side. Decent half inch white head. First taste does possess that typical medium pils bite. In the middle, that pils sharp bite really begins to set in. Not as good as many old style pils from across the ocean but it holds it own. Finish needs a few manners if it wants to keep up with Portsmouth Pils, Gizmo Dad's Jokes or even Erie's Hard Cock Pilsner. There, you have it.

On tap at Maplewood, pours a hazy blonde with a large whit bread. Aroma brings out herbal hops, straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is grainy, with straw, hay, and grassy hops. Nice gritty mouthfeel with a grassy hoppy finish. Good stuff.

From Brewvana, canned August 8th 2022.

It pours a clear pale gold with a finger of foam, lacing is meager.

The smell is toasted malt, hops that are not vibrant for a dry hopped Pilsner. Age did that.

The taste has some dry hopped semblance for sure. Toasted malt is nice, the hops, though, have a sharpness to them that I don't favour. It's very dry with a fairly light body.

It was probably quite pleasing when it was fresh.

16 oz can purchased as a single at Bier Station in Kansas City, Missouri. Canned on 11/03/20 stamped on the bottom of the can. The pour is a clear straw yellow, golden with a bunch of carbonation bubbles building up a fluffy one inch white head that falls with nice lace. The aroma is fresh full grassy, soft herbal, toast cracker malt. The taste is clean grain, toasted cereal malt, with a dry floral, herbal hop and the grass to crisp finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the clean crisp grassy soft mineral finish. Nicely made Pils.
