Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this slightly pale good beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, a smooth light creamy sweetness. Sabro all day long, smooth creamy coconut and slightly subservient and slightly ripe pineapple. A little lime and stone fruits on the back end along with a fair cut of hop spice. I did wonder, with the arrival of the bonkers Dolcita, if there was still going to be a place in the world for Sabro. This brew says an unequivocal yes.

Moderately hazed orange to golden topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is grass, mandarin, Sabro nostril tickle, papaya, ripe melon.
Taste comprises mixed tropicana, coconut shavings, bread dough, mandarin, guava, lime nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous Sabro laden hop bitterness.
Solid.

A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, oranges, tangerine. Taste of oranges, grapefruit, tangerine, mild sweet strong wheat malt. Moderate bitterness.

5 oz. pour on tap at 4 hands brewery. Cloudy dark yellow w/ring of head & light lacing. Aroma is sage, cannabis. Taste is dank herbal suppressing pineapple. Smooth texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Wish Sabro could have shined through more. OK.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (22/10/2023) - Big sabro prominence here, succulent pineapple and a touch of passionfruit, some mosaic induced blueberry undertones, more topical fruity notes coming in, sweetish soft malty backbone, assertive hoppy finish. Lovely.
