Anodyne is an American IPA featuring a simple grain bill of 2-row malted barley and a large dose of malted wheat. Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops provide loads of hop derived citrus flavors and aromas. The malted wheat gives the hops just enough of a base to stand on without being overbearing.

5 oz draft at the brewery. Another hazy bright yellow appearance. Bright citrus, mild pine toward the finish. Grapefruits for sure. Good amount of flavor for a 6%.

Pours a very hazy, light banana-yellow, with smallish, lasting head. Aroma is quite dank, with some sour washcloth, tropical fruit, and citrus notes. Flavor is also pretty dank and just a touch chalky. There's some citrus and stone fruit, maybe a touch of tropical fruit. Smooth drinking, with a very bitter, pine/spruce hop finish.
