330mL canned 11/20/2024, drunk 02/25/2025.
Clear, bright, deep brass-honey-maize. Large, off-white head, rocky, very well-retained.
Oh yeah! that's the stuff. Huge pepper with musty cellar, fresh plaster and a hint of clove. Clean and malty with tons of biscuit and gentle honey. Not very hoppy but still showing light herbs and floral notes.
Very Dupont-meets-Oxbow with a giant black pepper character, a soft, succulent maltiness and rich honey, just like the real beer (which is incredibly malty and sometimes tending sweet). Unripe pear, unripe green guava skin. Pepper, plaster, cellar, etc...Yep, they nailed the fermentation as they usually do...

Can at home. Orange pour and frothy head. Nose is Bret and herbal and spicy. Tatses peppery, Bret, grapefruit, strawberry, white wine, farmhouse. Medium bodied.
