Collaborated with notorious Lervig on the glorious week of Lobotomy Day 2019.

* Zefir is a type of soft confectionery made by whipping fruit and apple purée with sugar and egg whites with subsequent addition of pectin. The name given after the Greek god of the light west wind Zephyr symbolizes its delicate airy consistency.

Ook deze is te overdreven, maar ahornsiroop is een guilty pleasure van me dus ik kan hem wel opdrinken. Ik weet wel dat ik voorlopig niks meer koop waar pastry op staat.

Canned 26.09.19. Gusher. Smells sweet. Really thick. Taste is extremely sweet and cloying. Something a little bit fruity that might be apple, but the egg whites are clearly there. Some cacao. Way too sweet for me, can't finish it, just too heavy sugary.

330ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, flavoured, dark malty aroma, lots of vanilla, hundres and thousands, hints of roasted nuts, roasted almonds, an artificial touch of strawberry, some milk chocolate. Taste is sweet, artificially fruity and dark malty, notes of vanilla, strawberry, strawberry yoghurt, milk chocolate, hints of roasted and candied almonds. Oily to viscous texture, tacky palate. Very sweet, quite artificial, but a bit seductive as well.

Thick maple pastry stout with vanilla, smooth mouthfeel, quite sweet, lots of chocolate, marshmallows, lovely sweet sipper.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is massive honey, marshmallow, maple syrup, burnt malts, taste is sweet, chewy, vanilla, caramel,.chocolate, maple syrup.

Tap. Black color, coffee foam. Aroma: marshmallows, cloying, sweet, caramel, brandy, good. Taste: sweet, marshmallows, caramel, roasted malts, honey, very good.
