Can you believe we're five years old? It's been an exciting and eventful journey since we completed our first brew on February 14th 2015, so we decided to recognise this landmark by creating a series of three bold and impactful beers showcasing some of our favourite, hand-selected hops. This TIPA features a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Simcoe.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 14/02/20. Murky orange with a well presented egg shell white covering that stays for the show. Nose is weed, ripe mango flesh, dank exhaust, pine resin, Um Bongo, grass. Taste comprises grapefruit, papaya, low lying boost, pine resin, dank bite, weed, tangerine, light dextrose, soft malts. Medium bodied, soft massaging carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy to lightly dankened hop bitterness. Super solid stuff for the ABV ... probably the best beer I’ve had billed as a TIPA ... drinks below the advertised boost level and is eminently chuggable.
