Bottle shared at high Wycombe tasting. Thanks to Colin for this one. A dark black brown coloured pour with a lasting fine dark tan head. Aroma is nice fresh coffee, green pepper, Ash, waxy, vanilla, cakey, sticky brown sugars. Flavour is composed of pencil wood, bark, brown sugars, Ash, waxy, coffee beans,. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, woody tannin,. Good coffee character. Woody tannin.

Black with a small tan head. Aroma of big coffee, burnt oak, smoke, bourbon, vanilla and dark chocolate. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter. Light full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation. That wax is really a pain in the ass though, nightmare to open.

Black coffee, chocolate malt, bourbon, and hay aroma. Black with large brown head. Moderately sweet coffee, bourbon, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Great body - light bourbon finish. Excellent.
