A collaboration brew with our friends at Slim Pickens from Tampa, Florida. We came up with the theme of producing a white chocolate and raspberry stout. In true Wander Beyond fashion we've brewed it to 13% and loaded it with half a tonne of raspberries, lactose and a blend of vanillas to give it the flavours of white chocolate.

Can. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Impressively light palate for the abv, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, a nice touch of dark chocolate, none too heavy at all. Raspberry is obvious, slightly tart but not overly so. Nice touch of light vanilla offsetting the berry tartness. Light semi dry finish brings forward some pippy raspberry bitterness. Hides the abv so well. Nice job again from this great new brewery.

On tap at Tilt, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out white chocolate upfront, with light raspberries, and vanilla. Flavour is on the tart side, with plenty of tart raspberries, white chocolate, and gentle roast. The raspberries are perhaps a little too sour, but the blend of adjuncts here is very good.
