We called it Debut because it was the first brew we did, although it was a pilot. It took us 3 times to get it right, so it was actually the one of the later beers to be released! We hope you enjoy.
Dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic and imbued with oats for a great mouth feel.

Slightly hazy pale gold with a foamy white head, and a mellow citrus and malt aroma. Beautiful mouthfeel, with decent bitterness alongside a nice citrus and soft fleshy fruit taste, and a long bitter finish with some biscuit malt in the aftertaste.

Cask at Sun, Stafford A citrusy nose, dominated by lemon. Pours a slightly hazy pale orange, with a white head. In the mouth there is a fruity sweetness featuring oranges and grapefruit, and a general bubblegum feel. Nice lacing. Some hoppiness comes through at the finish. Quite pleasant overall.
