The fermentation process is not halted early, but rather the beer is allowed to fully mature. Only afterwards is the alcohol removed by means of a process developed with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan, the same one used for our non-alcoholic wheat beer.

500ml bottle, ale gafa, nalalem do szklanki pszenicznej, myslac ze to pszeniczne bezalkoholowe, bo takie wiekszosc produkuja tu. coz malenka piana, zero smaku niczym brak awansu Niemcow na mundialu (otwarte podczas meczu z lepszym Paragwajem). Zlociste, malo chmielne, nadmiernie slodowe.

Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy, following is floral, grassy and faint worty, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild to medium bitter.
