To craft LIA FAIL our brewers selected flavour packed dark crystal and chocolate malts. This combination creates a warming malty body bursting with nutty, chocolate notes that we have balanced with spicy aromas from Cascade and Fuggles hops. It finishes full, mellow and satisfying.

Hops: Challenger, Cascade, Fuggles

500 ml bottle brought over by my friends from Aberdeen. Nose is malty caramel, white vanilla chocolate, and light grassy and spicy notes. Clear orange copper with a bigger, lightly lacing, beige head. Flavor is lightly bitter with a little citrus, and lots of malt (caramel and chocolate). pretty nice on a hot day!

Brown in colour with an even head. Malty arome with rasins and toffee. Some blackcurrant. Even some sourness. Malty taste with hops and some berries. A OK beer, but perhaps it would be better on cask?

Bottle. Clear amber body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of wood, marmalade, brown sugar and iced tea. Flavour of caramel, biscuit and orange rind. Thin body with a watery mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Quite sweet but with enough hop bitterness to balance it out. A decent bitter.

Dobre wytrawne i goryczkowe piwo. Troche jakby cynamon w tle. Piana ladna i trwala choc sredniej wielkosci. Pijalne piwo niezbyt ciezkie. Dopasowuje sie do kazdej niemal potrawy. Kolor piwa lekko brazowy.

Bottle, 4.7%. Slightly farty aroma. Clear chestnut colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour starts off malty, turning roasted with a sort of spicy malt note. Later comes a mild grassy hoppiness followed by a medium bitterness which is quite clean.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with quickly vanishing off-white head. Clear aroma of hop, malt and dried fruit. Bitter, hoppy aroma with a fruity note. Dry finish. OK, but more like an English IPA than an ESB.
