Aroma of light fruit, yeast, some herbal spiciness, floral, grassy hops. Flavour is a little herbal, light sweet, with a light bitterness in the finish. Quite nice.

26-04-19 // bottle shared. Clear darker golden. Sweetish Pils. Not really bitter for a Pils.

Pours a pale yellow colour, medium sized white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is grass, herbs, some bready malts as well as some slight sweetish notes.

Intensiv herb getreidiger, etwas bitterer Antrunk. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, karamellige Hintergrundnoten. Eher trocken bitter. Gelungen. 10/10/10/10/9/10

0,5l-bottle from "Pro-Regional" in Leipzig. Trotzdem lecker.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Grainy malty and spicy herbal hoppy aroma with yeasty notes and a subtle touch of citrus. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Yeasty, dry pale malty taste with mildly grainy spots and a present herbal hops profile; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish, again with lasting herbal accents. A quaffable Pilsener. 31.V.12

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, visible carbonation, stable white foamy layer, spicy woodyhoppy nose; dry bitter-sweet flavour light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering bitter-sweet finish with that woody touch, again. Well made stuff…

1l bottle, bought at the brewery. Label looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, modest turbid, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, some fruity notes of lemon. Fine malty-yeasty, finish a bit drier. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Nice beer!
