Hazy yellow. Aroma is green unripe banana a bit minerally. Taste is sour minerally apple juice with light yeasty notes. Quite light. Not a fan of green weizen.

On tap. Pours a cloudy golden with a creamy, lacing white head. Distinct banana esters. Medium body, sweet and fruity, again loads of banana and clove and yeast. Clean and good Hefe. 100720

18-04-19 // tasting flight at Brauhaus am Waldschlösschen Almost clear! Kristall-Crew would love it ;) green banana in the nose along a floral sweetness. Good and round taste. Banana and some clove. Quite sweet but good.

Top notch to-style german hefeweizen. Has all the full body and banana-bubblegum characteristics. Slightly stronger would be perfect. Brauhaus in Dresden.

Tap at the brewpub. Golden in the glass, nice small head. Dry-malty aroma. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, almost too yeasty. Light fruity notes of banana. Okay.
