Sehr helle Farbe. Ordentliche Menge Hefe am Flaschenboden, die es auszuschütteln gilt. Schaumentwicklung für Weißbierverhältnisse eher mau. Zitrusnoten in der Nase. Geschmacklich ist auch Frucht bestimmend, wobei hier nicht zu dominant und nicht so zitruslastig wie der Geruch vermuten ließ. Die Hefe spielt ebenfalls eine ganz große Rolle. Ein solides Weizen, das Gathering äh Kesselring.

Süffiger, mild bananiger Start. Geringe Würzigkeit, spritzig, etwas wässrig. Moderat herb, die Hefigkeit bleibt konstant, eher langweilig. 9/7/9/8/6/8

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Banana in the slightly herbal aroma. Herbal flavor with clove, banana and tangerine. Decent hefeweizen.
