Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Wheat, citrus and soft grassy notes in the aroma and flavor. Floral. Dry. Pleasant. Thinnish maybe.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Häffner Bräu Hopfenstopfer Himmels Weisse ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, light moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, moderate yeasty, spicy yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, witbier yeast, yeast, citrus, grass. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]

Frisch hopfig hefiger, sehr weicher Antrunk. Deutlich bitter im Mittelteil, dir Hopfigkeit geht zurück. Dennoch rund bleibend, dunkel grasig, leicht blumig. Etwas trockener Nachhall, eher kurz. 10/9/8/9/9/9

[backlog] 27-10-15 // bottle at home. Cloudy orange with solid white head. Light hoppy nose. Yeasty, light banana gets overweight by light fruity hop aroma. Texture is too weak for a hefeweizen. Still nice to drink on a warm day.

12oz bottle via Secret Santa Summer 2015, pours a a murky yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose has a lot of yeast, some grass, lemon, a little passion fruit, straw, dandelion. Flavor has some malt and candy sweetness, straw and grass, some perfume, some honey, a little biscuit, perfume. Sweet and lightly creamy finish. Sort of two parts hef, one part saison. Needed just a touch more bitterness.

Bottled 330ml (Peta4). Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweetish aromatic, bubblegummy nose. Medium-bodied. Bubblegummy, clove hoppyness. Herbal weisse. Not my kind of weisse.
