[ As Hilltop Mild ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, toasted - roasted, spicy malt, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted - chocolate.
