Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Hilltop Mild ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, toasted - roasted, spicy malt, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 6-3-6-3-11
