Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass brownish, small head. Roasty malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, roasty. Light sourish note. Background dry, light fruity touch of plum. Finish well balanced. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear light amber with a decent white head. Aroma of hops, caramel, malts and honey. Taste of caramel, malts, toffee, nuts, grains, a little bit of honey and some spiciness. Kind of sweet but also rather bitter. Medium carbonation. I don’t intend to ever spend much time in the Saarland but if I was I’d be happy to this drink this quite regularly.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a murky brown with an off white head. Aroma is sweet malty, toffee, caramel. Taste was more sweetness, malty, some fruit, not much depth.

ABV: (4.9)%. Light cloudy medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, cany, sweet nuts, bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sugary, sweet nuts, candy, Dolcivita - vitamin pills. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200718]

13/7/2020. Sample courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel. Pours hazy/cloudy amber bronze with a frothy white head. Aroma of toffee, stewed fruits, syrup, grain, touch of starch. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Touch of sourdough developed. Slightly odd.
