Eine dunkelgelbe Farbe und eine cremige, feinporige Blume. Geschmacklich bei einem Weizenbier angesiedelt, leicht hopfig mit dezent süßen Aromen nach Mandarine. Im Abgang schwenkt das Weizen Pale Ale zu einer scharfen Pfeffernote und macht dieses Bier zu dem, was es ist. Interessant.

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Cloudy flat golden in the glass with a small white head. Low fruity smell but definitive pepper. taste starts also with pepper. Low malt in the background. Sorry, maybe I´m too old but it´s not my kind of stuff under the label of beer.

[ As Brauhof Saar Wheat Pale Ale Hot Pepper ].
ABV: (5.3)%. Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, perfume, spicy, pepper - rozen pepper, black pepper, ginger notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, spicy, peppery, perfume, rozen pepper, black pepper. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO: Way to spicy.. perfume .. peppery to me 😥 [20200718]

25/6/2020. Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel! Pours murky dull yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma is pepper, Tabasco and light wheat notes. Moderate sweetness, and very light peppery spice to taste. Moderate body, soft carbonation. A slightly curious brew. Not too keen on this.

Flasche beim Brauer. Gold-Orange, viel Kohlensäure, leicht trüb. Viel kleinporiger Schaum. Aroma: Aromatischer Pfeffer, Hefe, Malz, etwas Banane, würzig. Geschmack: Hefe, etwas Fuchtig (Banane, Mandarine), Scharf durch aromatischen Pfeffer.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Malty aroma with a lot of pepper. Starts intense malty, spicy, some herbal notes. Light pepper notes, not too intense. Well balanced finish, spicy-malty. Really nice!

Süffiger, pfeffrig herber Beginn. Moderat bitter, wenig hopfig, trocken. Der Pfeffer ist gut eingebracht, keine Schärfe. Süffiger mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/10/10/10/10
