Interessant.

Hazed golden color with a huge white head. A bit weird aroma. A bit high carbonation level in this one. Fizzy mouth feeling. Decent sweetness. Wheat, yeast and some pepper in the back. Mostly destroyed by a bad carbonation level and a strange (a bit sour) aroma.

31-08-18 // taster at the brewpub. Bottle. Clear golden, big foamy head. Floral peppery nose. Taste is medium sweet malty, grainy, mild floral peppery notes in the end. Good.

50cl bottle from the brewpub. Smooth and extreme yeasty beginning. Dry body, the yeast is dry but not dusty. And then there is the pepper. Great full-flavoured without being hot. Great intense pepper aroma over a light wheatbeer aroma. Refreshing smooth aftertaste with a great combination of fresh grounded pepper and soft dry wheatbeer and yeast. Great!

50cl swing top bottle courtesy of the brewer himself. Pours almost clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of wheat, mild spicy hops, hints of pepper. Taste of aromatic bitter hops, wheat, hints of banana, clove and a touch of pepper, nice!
