Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.

Hops: Cascade, Centenial and Mandarina Bavaria
Malt: Extra Pale, Munich

Pours a clear copper, with a small white head. Aroma is some candied citrus rind, and some light pine resins. Nice chewy malts, decent bitterness, and a lovely mouth feel. Medium bitterness, solid cereals in the finish, light pine.

Spotty beige head on slowly carbonating dark amber coloured body. Zesty, earthy & lemonade aroma. Medium bodied, finely carbonated with a sharp back. Pine, orange, sweet & syrupy tastes. Tastes like a pish lemonade - Pants.

Bottle, gift from Tom & Liz. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and tinned pineapple. Flavour of toast and gummy sweets. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. This is well balanced and tasty. I couldn’t find a ‘bottled on’ or best before date on the packaging, but it tasted fresh.
